The internationally experienced consultant and project manager Patrice Gullaud is expanding the management of the Berlin-based HD Group with immediate effect and is managing director of HD Projektmanagement GmbH. With this he is responsible for the control and monitoring tasks of the client in the conception and implementation of real estate projects.

“We are pleased to have Patrice Gullaud, an internationally experienced managing director, on board. As a consultant and project manager, he has around 15 years of expertise in controlling complex construction projects with a total volume of around EUR 1.6 billion, the asset classes of which range from office properties to luxury hotels, residential and healthcare properties to data centers. We are thus bringing increased competence and security to our processes within the group, we can supplement our service portfolio with project management and also increasingly offer it to third parties, ”says Herbert Dzial, founder and managing partner of the HD Group.

In addition to classic project management, HD Projektmanagement GmbH also provides various tailor-made consulting services, for example in the context of due diligence, audits and restructuring measures in ongoing projects.

The services of HD Projektmanagement GmbH are aimed in particular at customers outside the HD Group.

Patrice Gullaud works as a freelance consultant, among other things, for Dr. August Oetker KG, the Hotel Le Bristol (Paris) and the Eden Rock Saint Barths.

Before that, Gullaud worked for many years as an individual authorized signatory at Schreiber Hochbau Projektmanagement GmbH. There he worked on building projects for the Hamburg Südamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts-Gesellschaft KG, the Brenners Park Hotel Baden-Baden, the KfW banking group (Berlin and Frankfurt a.M.), the Deutsche Bank and the Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG.
