Herbert Dzial

Real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, having managed projects worth more than 500 million euros in development volume.
In 2006, Herbert Dzial established the operational business activities of H.D. Projektentwicklungs GmbH in Berlin.
In 2004, he relocated with his family to Berlin, subsequently overseeing project developments in Berlin and Hamburg, including projects for the Landmark Group Berlin.
From 1999 to 2004, Herbert Dzial served as a member of the management board at Krebs Gruppe, responsible for project development, acquisition, and management of real estate assets. His focus included the development of hotel and commercial projects, revitalizations, and a project development contract for the largest specialty retail center in the Main-Kinzig district on behalf of Deutsche Bahn AG.
From 1994 to 1999, Herbert Dzial held the position of managing director at Dr. Rainer Fiebiger Gruppe, headquartered in Nuremberg and Berlin, specializing in the development of commercial real estate projects in the new federal states.
In 1984, he co-founded Penzkofer & Dzial real estate firm in Seebruck am Chiemsee with Mr. Penzkofer, focusing on the brokerage of properties and estates in prime locations, as well as leasing and sales of commercial properties with retail use. H.D. Projektentwicklungs GmbH expanded with branches in Munich, Berlin, and Lisbon.
Most recently in Berlin, the focus has been on leasing and developing the first completed residential and commercial building on Friedrichstraße (Q 302).
