The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

These data are not combined with other data sources.
The collection of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this, the server log files must be recorded.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been processed). Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies.” These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within the Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain information on the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section “Objection to data collection.”
- Plugins and Tools
YouTube
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. In the process, the YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
For more information on Google Web Fonts, see https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
For more information on the handling of user data, please refer to Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
- Online Marketing and Affiliate Programs
Affiliate Links/Advertising Links
We integrate so-called affiliate links or advertising links on our pages. If you click on such a link and purchase via this link, we receive a commission from the respective online store or provider. The price does not change for you.
To be able to track the click on the affiliate link, the respective affiliate link is supplemented with certain values. These values can be part of the link or stored in a cookie. The values include in particular the origin website (referrer), the time of the click, an online ID of the operator of the website where the affiliate link was located, an online ID of the respective product, an online ID of the advertiser, as well as a tracking ID. The stored affiliate link values are also transmitted when visiting the respective online store via the affiliate link.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in the aforementioned processing operations to receive commission payments.
- Own Services
Handling of Applicant Data
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g., by email, post, or via an online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose, and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing, and use of your data are in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions and that your data will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Scope and Purpose of Data Collection
If you send us an application, we process your related personal data (e.g., contact and communication data, application documents, notes from interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary for the decision on establishing an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general contract initiation), and – if you have given your consent – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons involved in processing your application.
If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems based on § 26 BDSG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.

If we are unable to make you a job offer, you reject a job offer, or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data transmitted by you based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). Afterward, the data will be deleted, and the physical application documents will be destroyed. This retention serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is evident that the data will be required after the expiry of the 6-month period (e.g., due to a pending or impending legal dispute), deletion will only occur when the purpose for further retention no longer applies.
A longer retention period may also take place if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Admission to the Applicant Pool
If we do not make you a job offer, you may be able to join our applicant pool. In case of acceptance, all documents and information from the application will be transferred to the applicant pool to contact you in case of suitable vacancies.
Admission to the applicant pool is based exclusively on your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). The submission of consent is voluntary and is not related to the ongoing application process. The affected person can revoke their consent at any time. In this case, the data from the applicant pool will be irretrievably deleted unless there are legal reasons for retention.
The data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted no later than two years after consent has been granted.
