The HD Group, founded by Herbert Dzial, has been established in the market since 2006. Herbert Dzial has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. The management team of the HD Group possesses long-standing, proven expertise in their respective business areas and works on a project basis in interdisciplinary teams.

The HD Group’s competencies include both the development and realization of real estate projects as well as the revitalization of existing properties. The focus is on residential, commercial, and retail real estate asset classes. Currently, special attention is being given to the development of healthcare properties.

To date, a project volume of several hundred million euros has been realized.
