The HD Group, founded by Herbert Dzial, has been established in the market since 2006. Herbert Dzial brings with him 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.

The management team of the HD Group possesses extensive and proven expertise in their respective business areas, collaborating on a project basis within interdisciplinary teams.

The competencies of the HD Group encompass both the development and realization of real estate projects, as well as the revitalization of existing properties. The focus lies on the asset classes of residential, commercial, and retail properties. Currently, there is particular emphasis on the development of healthcare properties.

In total, several hundred million euros worth of projects have been realized thus far.
