Krebs Group has been engaged in the development and revitalization of real estate projects throughout Germany since 1970. Projects have included hotels, office buildings, residential and commercial developments, supermarkets, shopping malls, as well as the conversion of former barracks into residential or commercial parks.

Projects have been either retained or sold upon completion. Managing the development, financing, technical, and commercial aspects of these extensive projects, involving significant responsibility and an estimated investment volume of approximately 520 million euros, along with personal liability, requires an exceptional understanding of the entire real estate landscape.
