On 1 September 2017 the HD Group acquired the inner-city shopping center “Burggalerie” in Mühlhausen (Thuringia). The two-storey property currently consists of approx. 17 commercial units, spread over 6,100 m² of rental area and offers a total of 230 parking spaces for the customers. At the moment Expert (consumer electronics) as well as Deutsche Post function as anchor tenants. HD Handelsimmobilien GmbH is responsible for asset management and revitalisation, including conceptual letting.
