Since 1 October 2017, HD Handelsimmobilien GmbH has taken over the commercial and technical center management for the inner-city shopping center “Das Gerber” in Stuttgart, and is therefore responsible for the asset management. “Das Gerber” is a mixed-use property with a total area of approx. 43,000 m². In addition to approx. 25,000 m² of sales area for retail and food & beverage, the property has more than 7,000 m² of office space, 6,500 m² of living space as well as approx. 650 underground parking spaces. The individual concept of “Stadtkaufhaus Gerber” is characterized by the brands Urban Outfitters, Superdry, Brandy Melville, Søstrene Grene, Notino, Tezenis and in the local shopping sector by the retailers EDEKA, ALDI and dm.
