Ralph Ziegler

• Graduate of economics and real estate economist (EBS)
• More than 25 years of professional experience in the real estate sector in Berlin and Hamburg
• Ralph Ziegler has been Managing Director of H.D. 1. Immobilien Holding GmbH for the HD Group since 2019
• In this role, he is responsible for transaction management for the acquisitions and sales of the HD Group as well as for the financing of project enterprises in connection with bank financing, hybrid capital and equity solutions for co-investors
• Ralph Ziegler previously worked as Managing Partner for Capital Bay Transaction Management GmbH
• Many years of active experience in leadership positions for Deutsche Wohnen, Warburg-HIH and PricewaterhouseCoopers
• Previously responsible for the controlling of real estate transactions valued at around EUR 4 billion (asset deals / share deals), focusing on residential and office usage as well as hybrid forms of use involving residential, office and retail
• Extensive experience at the beginning of his professional career as a credit officer and corporate client advisor in commercial real estate financing
