The new Stay KooooK Bremen City will be prominently located on Obernstrasse, where the HD Group acts as the developer and owner. Known as Stay KooooK Bremen City, the project follows the successful Stay KooooK brand concept, offering modern serviced apartments and the characteristic co-living area “The Flat” within a contemporary new building.
